Rogel Trucking LLC (Employer) is seeking TWO (2) full-time temporary truck drivers to join its team as W2 employees at its worksite in Caldwell, Idaho. DUTIES include: Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy; Check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure that there has been no damage; Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order; Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes; Couple or uncouple trailers by changing trailer jack positions, connecting or disconnecting air or electrical lines, or manipulating fifth-wheel locks; Crank trailer landing gear up or down to safely secure vehicles; Drive electric or hybrid-electric powered trucks or alternative fuel-powered trucks to transport and deliver products, as assigned; Drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes in compliance with state regulations; Drive trucks with capacities greater than 3 tons, including tractor-trailer combinations, to transport and deliver products; Give directions to laborers who are packing goods and moving them onto trailers; Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure; Install or remove special equipment, such as tire chains, grader blades, plow blades, or sanders; Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions; Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary; Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations; Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned; Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required; Operate equipment, such as truck cab computers, CB radios, phones, or global positioning systems (GPS) equipment to exchange necessary information with bases, supervisors, or other drivers; Operate idle reduction systems or auxiliary power systems to generate power from alternative sources, such as fuel cells, to reduce idling time, to heat or cool truck cabins, or to provide power for other equipment; Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid, performing minor repairs, or washing trucks; Perform emergency roadside repairs, such as changing tires or installing light bulbs, tire chains, or spark plugs; Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions; Read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes; Read bills of lading to determine assignment details; Remove debris from loaded trailers; Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles; Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers; Wrap and secure goods using pads, packing paper, containers, or straps. REQUIREMENTS: Worker needs to have (or be able to acquire) a commercial drivers license that complies with both Idaho and Federal guidelines, and must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand or bend for all or most of work shift.

WAGES, OVERTIME and PERIOD of Employment: Anticipated start date is Oct 1 2024 to Feb 1 2025 at \$28.67/hr, working an average of 40 hours per week, and if overtime is received then the rate of pay would be \$43.01/hour. Generally, the work schedule would be from 8:00AM until 6:00PM, Monday through Friday. 3/4th Guarantee. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three- fourth of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Single Workweek Guarantee and Frequency of Pay: A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. The payroll period is bi-weekly. Workers are paid by check on Fridays.

WORKSITE: 15741 Willis Rd, Caldwell Idaho 83607 USA, as well as the transport to: Ada (ID), Benton (WA), Malheur and Union (OR) counties. Education and Work Experience: 12 months. Availability of On-the-Job Training: Not Applicable. Inbound and Outbound Transportation: For workers who complete 50% or more of the work contract period, the Employer will pay or reimburse workers for subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place the worker came to the place of employment. If the worker either completes the work contract period or is terminated without cause and the worker has no immediate subsequent H-2B employment, the Employer will pay or reimburse the workers subsistence expenses incurred traveling from the place of employment back to the place the worker came from to work for the employer.

DISCLOSURES of Daily Subsistence amount: Current DOL regulations require daily subsistence to be provided at a rate during travel, from \$15.88/day to a maximum of \$59/day with receipts.
