Your Purpose

We’re now looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Manufacturing Technician Engineer. The role will require both day and night shifts covering a 3, 3, 4 shift pattern.

You will work within a team to provide engineering, operational and continuous improvement skills to deliver the production plan for the department and deliver and continuously improve on safety, cost, quality and service targets.

This role will require you to be able to run the machine operationally as well as fixing it so having the technical / engineering experience is required to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance and optimisation within the brewery.

  • Effectively communicate with teams on other shifts through logbooks and daily handover meetings.

  • Able to diligently adhere to World Class Supply Chain Business Centred Maintenance practices within the work area to increase production reliability and decrease unexpected breakdowns.

  • Facilitate meetings and team-based project groups.

  • Able to plan, co-ordinate and improve work done by the team, as a member of that team. Within agreed timescale achieve World Class Supply Chain validation.

  • Time served engineer.

  • Experience within Manufacturing technical engineering.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment working on Asset Cares & planned maintenance to achieve maximum plant availability & efficiency.

  • Develop others, build capability, and continuously improve through the sharing of knowledge and skills, as well as being a willing recipient of new skills to grow overall team competence and flexibility.
