As a Junk Removal Driver/Team Lead for College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day -- especially your clients.
PART TIME or FULL TIME AVAILABLE
*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *
Look, act and become a friendly College H.U.N.K.S. - starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat strait, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
Educate clients about pricing, services and the benefits of College H.U.N.K.S., ensuring 100% satisfaction.
Care of handling clients belongings.
Safely operating trucks and equipment.
Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks.
Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, equipment loss, etc.
*Compensation: *
$14 per hour for EXPERIENCED Driver
$250 signing bonus after 90 days with no absences or work related issues.
$0.50 raise every 6 months with positive performance review.
