What You'll Be Doing:
Prioritization and distribution of work to technicians
Repair order write-up for used vehicle reconditioning, PDI's, and detail department internal services
Quoting internal repairs accurately and consistently
Communication with Service Advisors and other departments regularly for vehicle status updates
Constant monitoring of shop work distribution to ensure promised delivery times are met
Liaise between multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely internal work completion
Providing assistance when necessary to other areas of the Service department
Administrative duties are required
Candidates must:
Have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills
Be able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
Be highly organized and process driven
Have a valid British Columbia driver's license
Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department
Be committed to consistently delivering a high-quality level of customer service
Be energetic, professional, and dedicated to delivering service excellence
Have experience in a dealership setting with knowledge of Service Department operations
Competent working knowledge of automotive necessary to properly maintain work flow and distribution
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Previous experience within a Service Department operation in a same or similar role is required
CDK DMS experience is considered an asset
