Responsible for review of credit files transferred to the special assets department due to delinquency. Evaluates loan documents and records for evidence of fraud, deficiencies in controls or employee performance, extravagance, or noncompliance with established policies. Performs collections activities as assigned. Makes recommendations for loan rate adjustments, collateral acquisition, and modification of loan documentation. Assists with the implementation of loan workout strategies and establishment of payment plans. Follows the established D.L. Evans Bank policies and procedures. Performs administrative functions regarding collection accounts and Other Real Estate Owned (OREO).
