Job Title: Repair Level 1 - EVM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Repair Level 1 - EVM. The ideal candidate will have experience in validation/testing, working with electrical damage/repairs, and knowledge of PCB boards or main ledger parts in electrical components. This role requires the ability to work with a soldering machine and replace parts as needed using hand tools. The position involves lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation and testing tasks.

• Repair and troubleshoot electrical damages.

• Work with PCB boards and main ledger parts in electrical components.

• Operate a soldering machine for repair tasks.

• Replace parts using hand tools.

• Stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of validation and testing procedures.

• Experience in electrical damage and repair.

• Familiarity with PCB boards and main ledger parts.

• Proficiency in using soldering machines.

• Ability to replace parts using hand tools.

• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to use computers and touch screen smartphones.

• Experience using tools, either in formal production or as a hobby.

• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Experience in a team-based environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is a very nice production facility divided into different cells. Employees are expected to stand for up to 8 hours a day. If converted to a permanent position, employees can take advantage of a tuition reimbursement program to further their education and skillset.
