The EMEA Compensation Operations Team supports various HR teams in the management of compensation – including regular audits for monthly commits, Mid-Year and Year-End activities, running ad-hoc reports/analyses including market data reviews. The team provides specialist technical expertise, advice and support to a variety of crucial regional and global processes.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Manage Mid-Year and Year-End compensation processes, and monthly audits for respective business areas, including reporting, analysis, etc.
  • Meet critical commit deadlines to ensure appropriate monthly accruals of compensation data
  • Ensure data is ‘clean’ at all times - quality of information is paramount
  • Work with HR business partners and other stakeholders to support compensation decision making
  • Liaise with New York & Asia counterparts during the audit processes to ensure transparency

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably with a focus on quantitative methods
  • Experience in compensation, or reporting/analytical role, ideally within HR
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Intermediate MS Access skills
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills (able to develop and produce meaningful reports from multiple sources of data)
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Experience with running statistical analysis and interpreting the results preferable
  • Good time management and organisational abilities with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Poised and self-confident (not afraid to ask questions or speak-up)
  • Enjoys high volume, fast paced, dynamic environment
