You will:
- Assist Budapest and EMEA MRD Management as required to ensure the Department is run efficiently and effectively
- Support and/or co-ordinate recruitment, training and other HR initiatives in co-operation with the HR department
- Ensure adequate oversight of Policy and Procedure framework, Audits, and other process/control validations
- Maintain Outsourcing Agreements, Business Continuity Plans, Risk and Control Self-Assessment and other documentation as needed
You have:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both in written and verbal form
- An interest in working in a fast-paced environment, including frequent communication with a diverse set of partners in Budapest and our other offices, mainly London and New-York
- Energetic and dynamic personality who can work independently and get things done
- Attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats, such as tables, charts
- Experience in a financial institution and/or a multinational corporate environment is preferred
