• Reliability Engineering work for New Technology and NPD of HV Si, HV SiC Discrete, Module products.

• Identify and address risks associated with reliability of HV Si, HV SiC die and package designs and processes, and their interactions.

• Design/Plan reliability tests (Test conditions, test duration, sampling) for the DOE engineering and for the qualification on onsemi system.

• Disposition test failures based on failure analysis and reliability risk assessments.

• Analyzing reliability test results and make conclusion for the result.

• Technical analysis of reliability failures related qualification specification consistency and improvement activities.

• Summarize and report-out of reliability data to internal and external customers.

• Actively involved in and work with cross-functional teams on systematic management of risks associated with HV Si, HV SiC technology and product reliability.

• Responds to Customer inquiry related to Reliability.
