The Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) Supply Chain organization, more specifically the MedTech Principal Operations Center of Excellence (MTPO COE) is currently recruiting for a Team Lead to join Intercompany Pricing (ICP) in HMD Principal Operations COE.

The position will report to the Finance Manager – WW HMD ICPs. Preferred locations for this role are Zuchwil (Switzerland), Cork (Ireland), Diegem (Belgium), or Guaynabo (Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • You will lead a diverse team of 4 financial analysts in various global locations.

  • You will engage closely with Global Tax, Plan, Deliver & Product Management teams to drive & anticipate the ICP calculations and the correct setup.

  • You will manage end-to-end Global Medical Intercompany pricing set up across Supply Chain for all ERP platforms and worldwide affiliates.

  • You will ensure that SOX compliance controls are documented and will provide support to audits.

  • You will lead the year end pricing process for Regional Distribution centers.

  • You will drive and support internal ICP and strategic MedTech projects.

  • You will coordinate and standardize the existing ICP processes to gain efficiencies and high data quality through different automation tools (Alteryx & PowerBi…)

  • You will support MTPO projects and ad hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, able to work with teams in a virtual environment and business partners at all levels of the organization with the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional working experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Project/Data Management is required.

  • Demonstrated record of strong leadership and people management skills in a virtual working environment

  • A Master’s/MBA degree or other financial certification is an asset.

  • Good understanding of the Tax and SOX compliance environments, as well as the broader understanding of the impact of the Intercompany Pricing activities on the downstream finance activities is an asset.

  • Excellent communication & Influencing skills across cultural differences, including the ability to navigate through ambiguity and change while optimally supporting the team and customers.

  • Excellent analytical, technical skills (Excel) and passion for process improvements through digital analytics/system implementation

  • Prior exposure and having a natural interest in ERP systems and Microsoft packages is a must.

  • Proficient in English
