This role will take long-term strategies and a big feature backlog and translate them into navigable product roadmaps. The Senior Product Manager will guide and support a team of engineers with a team-first mentality and have the authority to make decisive calls in the face of ambiguities. Specific responsibilities will include:Managing our product roadmap. Work with stakeholders to determine what platform features to build and when to build them. When faced with uncertainty, this role is expected to make the determination and generate clarity for the rest of the team. Define how product management works at Tremendous. Setting and managing product goals and timelines and work closely with engineers on the team that have served as product leaders at their previous companies. Conduct research and analysis. Collect and analyze supporting evidence from user interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends, shortcomings, and opportunities. Frame up problems. This involves utilizing knowledge gained from research and analysis and knowledge of our product offerings to give detailed explanations of problems we are solving and why. This helps not only frame product pitches, but also our engineers and designers to best understand how to solve those problems. Collaborate without meetings. Manage and collaborate with engineers and designers through various asynchronous modalities to fit with the async, non-meeting culture that we have fostered at Tremendous. Manage a team of engineers and persuade with a light touch. The Senior Product Manager will set product and project priorities for the team of engineers. When faced with disagreement, this role will have the responsibility to drive a decision that every team member feels included in the process. Provide feedback and reports on product success, not only to upper management, but also to your team. Once product ships, this role is responsible for helping the team of engineers understand the impact of their work.Education Requirement: Master of Business Administration with specialization in Product Management, Management, Operations, or related field of specialtyExperience Requirement: 4 years in job offered, as a Product Manager, Product Analyst or similar software analytics occupation. Skills Requirement: 2 years experience with:Developing plans, strategies, and policies for product development and improvements. Identifying and measuring Key Performance Indicators for product roadmap and product iteration. A/B and multivariate testing of product features. Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in identifying opportunities for new product experiences and improvements. Performing quantitative and statistical data analysis based on data modeling and research. Presenting highly technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Minimum Salary: 262,621 Maximum Salary: 275,752 Salary Unit: Yearly
