Job Title: Community Manager (Bilingual)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have a passion for building and engaging with communities. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online and offline communities, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with our customers and followers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our online and offline communities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms

  • Foster relationships with customers and followers

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner

  • Monitor and analyze community feedback and engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns and promotions

  • Attend and organize events to promote our brand and engage with our community

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager (generally 2-5 years) or similar role

  • Prior training in budget preparations and analyzing reports

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Real Page OneSite is required

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Own vehicle to make bank deposits, pick up supplies and perform other duties as necessary.

  • Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools

  • Ability to analyze and interpret community feedback and engagement data

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
