Brockton Hospital Director of Nursing- Medical Oncology in Brockton, Massachusetts
The Director of Nursing- Medical Oncology will work under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer to manage the daily operations of the Medical Oncology unit. This position will establish, maintain and oversee standards of clinical performance for nursing staff in the Medical Oncology department. This individual is responsible for efforts that ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all non-provider staff within assigned units.
Ensure effective and efficient patient flow and high standard of customer service.
Implement operating policies and procedures required to deliver quality patient care, enhance practice volumes and appropriately manage operating costs as directed by leadership.
Assist in management of financials for assigned practices.
Implement plans for the provision of cost-effective, high quality health care services for new and existing patients.
