Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Oracle NetSuite is reinventing the engagement model for our growing installed base of valued Customers and Partners. Specifically, the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service that ensure functional and technical ERP sustainment to drive continuous NetSuite improvement. ACS goal is to maximize the value of customer Oracle NetSuite investment by optimizing the performance of customer solution to its highest capability on an ongoing basis. This applies to all industries, modules and scale of customer accounts.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

As a trusted advisor, technical consultant, provides technical consulting and managed services including:

  • Optimization of integrations and NetSuite ERP solutions, by scripting, creating bundles and customization of NetSuite accounts

  • Technical requirements discovery and design reviews

  • Data management consultation and guidance

  • Consultative guidance on NetSuite tools and leading practices

  • Periodic technical system reviews to monitor and optimize use of NetSuite

  • Building a long-term relationship with customers from C-level executives to front-line administrators with credibility and confidence to be the trusted ERP advisor

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Implementation of ERP or CRM projects under technical consultant, administrator or end-user role

  • Working with Cloud providers in issue and escalation management

  • Software development and associated activities within software development life cycles and methodologies

  • Programming Languages (preferred): JavaScript, Java, C#, PHP, Web Services, SOAP, XML REST, Ajax

  • Integrations, Advanced PDF, EFT, SCA, SFTP is a plus

  • Previous experience in SAAS/Cloud companies or in consultancy capacity is proffered

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

  • To be self-directed and motivated
