Job Description

Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services while ensuring the best quality at the best value.As an Asset Manager you will support procurement, management, and installation of software or technology-related hardware assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests as well as receive and process purchased or returned equipment or assets. You will track equipment inventory and deployed assets, execute processes for disposal of assets, and manage warranty and repair-related tasks. As a member of this team, you will perform data entry in software systems or tools and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness while managing asset store, inventory, and end to end product life cycle.

Responsibilities

Some of the responsibilities will be Implementing and executing activities required to manage and maintain the accuracy of assets, such as auditing and modifying attributes related to lifecycle management of software and hardware assets. You will manage asset stock in multiple locations and ensure appropriate levels are available for orders and projects. You will also be responsible for managing equipment installation for new locations and moves. The Asset Manager position is also responsible for interfacing with the contracted printer support team.
