We have new opportunity for someone the team of Web Development and Marketing. This person is responsible for managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud including creating, updating, and managing configurations and the infrastructure.

This role will work closely with the Marketing Automation Product Owner as well as the technical team to access/resolve any technical challenges. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented culture. This position will contribute to the marketing automation platform strategy goals of the team!

Responsibilities:

• Performs technical configuration and program updates within tight deadlines to meet project goals and objectives; Determines course correction when needed

• Becomes intimately familiar with project sprints and rollouts

• Works to ensure timely updates working with various marketing technology tools such as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Analyzes and evaluates programs to present cost saving formatting and streamlines efficiencies

• Proactively generates ideas, handles multiple assignments, pays close attention to detail and meets short turnarounds and deadlines for requested tasks

• Identifies trends and insights, and suggest optimizations

• Supports other key marketing technology efforts as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time

• Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot within content management systems and online web tools
