We are seeking to recruit an IT Enterprise Analyst with 2 to 4 years of technical experience to join our team. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications, incorporating industry-standard practices. Ideal candidates will be adept in Python or Proficient in PL/SQL and willing to learn Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain applications using Python and PL/SQL, adhering to industry-standard practices.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand the requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code that adheres to best practices and design principles.

• Develop and implement Python scripts for data manipulation and process automation.

• Create complex database queries using PL/SQL for data retrieval, analysis, and manipulation.

• Participate in system upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

• Provide technical support and training to users on Python and PL/SQL applications and systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring efficient and optimal system performance.

• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and systems to optimize performance.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce experience

• Python or SQL is very nice to have

• Good Communication Skills

• Ability to understand end user issues

• Technical hands-on experience

• Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment

• Ability to trouble shoot

• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems /applications

• Ability to develop new systems and tools

• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

• Demonstrated analytical skills

• Experience in performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
