Junior Finance: Exciting Opportunity

We're inviting you to join our dynamic Accounts Payable team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing Statements of Accounts received from suppliers and help navigate and resolve queries on our WebQA portal. This position places you at the heart of our operation, handling queries from both internal and external stakeholders with tact and professionalism. Responsibilities:

• Interacts with vendors and colleagues

• Works on various supplier queries

• Reconcile supplier statements

• Assisting the AP Supervisor on projects as required

• Operates effectively in a teaming environment, including taking on additional tasks (as necessary) to assist in the workload of other team members

• Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification/experience

• Advantage of 1- 2 years of related experience

• Standard computer literacy (MS Office in particular Excel and Outlook)

• Working knowledge of Oracle

• Numerical aptitude
