We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator for our client in Bristol, CT. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for worldwide customers, providing comprehensive support across all facets of customer service and aftermarket needs. The ideal candidate will respond to requests and address technical issues and have clear communication. This role is fully on site.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact and communications for all customer inquiries (service, upgrades, warranty, spare parts, service contracts, technical support)

Provide quotes for replacement parts

Researching replacement parts if not in stock

Create, update and manage inquiries

Detailed reporting

Answering phones and emails

Clear and conscise communication
