Behavior Support Clinician
Location: Bristol, CT
Salary: $45,240 per year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time (40 hours per week)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Support Clinician to join our team in Bristol, CT.
Position Overview: The Behavior Support Clinician will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to implement and maintain effective behavior intervention plans. This role requires flexibility, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping individuals with behavioral challenges. The successful candidate will bring positivity and dedication to this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with BCBAs and LCSWs to ensure the effectiveness of behavioral strategies.
Provide direct support and guidance to individuals with behavioral challenges.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of behavioral progress and interventions.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to support client progress and well-being.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience working in the field of behavior support or a related area.
Valid driver's license.
Strong commitment to pursuing a Master's degree in the field.
Flexibility, compassion, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
