Position Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer within our IC/GC/LC/TEA/FTIR team based in Brisbane.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, repair, and maintenance of analytical instrumentation

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve instrument-related issues

• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions

• Train customers on instrument operation and maintenance

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or engineering roles

• Proven expertise in IC/GC/LC/TEA/FTIR instrumentation

• Outstanding ability to analyze and resolve complex issues

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
