Seeking Production Workers in Brighton ($25/hour)

Shift & Pay:

• 5 PM - 5:30 AM, either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday

• $25/hour

Job Description:

Become a vital member of our production team responsible for formulating and packaging exterior caulk used by commercial construction companies. Daily tasks will include running mixing machines, preparing and mixing chemicals, and operating our packaging machine. This role is physically demanding and requires handling of 5-gallon drums weighing between 40-50 lbs. The production process produces a lot of dust, similar to a construction site, so this position requires you to be comfortable in that kind of environment. In some instances a respirator will be required, so all employees in this position must remain clean shaven at all times.

Hard Skills

• Experience in running mixing machines

• Experience in packaging machines

• Ability to handle 5-gallon drums weighing 40-50 lbs.

Soft Skills

• Physical fitness

• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines

• Willingness to work in dirty conditions

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a shift running from 5pm-5:30am. You will be assigned a consistent schedule from either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Please note that during your first week, you will be trained from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role offers a pay of $24/hour.
