Job Title: Filler Operator

Job Description

As a Filler Operator, you will be tasked with maintaining, breaking down, and setting up equipment and machinery. Your role involves troubleshooting and resolving operating issues while operating an extended shelf-life filler to produce the maximum amount of quality product within specified ranges. You must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), communicate effectively with all departments, and meet daily deadlines.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bridgeton, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This role requires operating a filler machine in a food manufacturing environment. The work schedule involves a 2x2x3 pattern from 6pm to 6:30am, including weekends. The environment is cold, wet, and regulated by GMP/FDA standards.
