What youll do
- Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc, insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
- Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation
- Leverage technology to quote insurance coverages with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs
- Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach
- Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- May conduct field visits as necessary
- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills:written, verbal and listening
- No insurance experience necessary! We will reimburse licensing fees (license is required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!
- High School Degree or relevant work experience
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
