Purpose

To deliver Health Economic and Outcome Research (HEOR) expertise across therapeutic areas at a subnational level, and support the delivery of the relevant Healthcare System Engagement Plan within the external healthcare environment. This role delivers insights derived from healthcare data, demonstrates burden of disease and variation in care and co-creates valuable solutions with the HSE team and NHS.

Accountabilities

Contribute to the development of a VOC team strategy to clearly define what the team does, how it’s measured and how it fits into the organisational matrix structure.

Utilise high level health economic and outcome research knowledge to develop and deliver tailored datasets, models, materials and proposals which provide customers with the information they need to make decisions about the usage of BI’s medicines.

Excellent knowledge of NHS roles, organisations, processes and incentives which is used to support field teams to develop and execute local plans and support head office teams with HEOR and brand tactics.

VOC support regional teams with health economic and outcome research knowledge and usage of payer materials via training.

In line with therapy area lead allocation. The VOC will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of knowledge of the associated registries, audits and routinely collected healthcare data and disseminating this insight through the VOC team and TA aligned cross-functional forums.

Ensure the VOC's work closely with HE colleagues to assist in the development of optimal national reimbursement and [insert role] and [regional marketeer] to support the production of localised materials that support optimal patient access.

Skills & Experience

• Management and creation of tactics and performance indicators

• Significant data and analytical skills, ability to prioritise business opportunity

• Experience in contracting and partnership working

• Formulation of resourcing proposals, business case submission and interaction with senior management and corporate to gain approval

• Cross portfolio project

• Significant resource, budget and cost centre management experience
