To conduct and coordinate market research projects providing strategic insights in response to franchise business questions and in collaboration with Business Insights Managers ensuring projects are delivered in a complaint manner for HP UKIE. Proactively provide innovative project ideas to enhance market understanding and product performance tracking. To coordinate the Non-trial activity and market research projects ensuring compliance with review and approval process towards all organisational stakeholders in HP UK&IE.

Primary Market Research Execution:

Co-ordination of all research instruments for primary market research in UK & Ireland:

  • Work in collaboration with Insights Managers to understand franchise business questions or market research needs.

-Propose innovate market research methodologies to ensure insights are generated

-Providing lists of HCPs, Reps to agencies

-Co-ordination and validation of screener and discussion guides/questionnaires

-Engage with external vendors to ensure optimal implementation of MR projects

Local Market Research SOP Management:

-To review and classify projects as per SOP

-Coordinate projects, including corporate projects, ensuring compliance with review and approval process to ensure all projects follow the required approvals from start to finish

Seek input from Business Insight Managers to understand franchise priorities and business objectives ensuring the project delivers to meet business needs and highlights recommendations

Conductor of market research at local level, Ensure Non-Trial Activity and Pharmacovilagence process is adhered
