What You’ll Do:
Champion thestructural design and processing of emulsifiers, setting new standards for the global market.
Optimize existing productsto protect a healthy business and support their continued relevance in the market through involvement with Business, Operations, Sourcing etc and customers.
Lead and inspire teamson large-scale projects, driving operational excellence across functions to meet critical business objectives.
Initiate and manage new projectsthat propel technology forward, from concept to successful commercialization.
Engage with customers and business partners, providing expert advice and fostering strong relationships to ensure IFF’s position as a market leader.
Job Requirements
Who You Are:
Anexperienced scientistwith a PhD in Chemistry or a related discipline, boasting at least 9 years of expertise in structural design, synthesis and processing of emulsifiers (or an MSc with substantial relevant experience).
Aproven technical leader with a knack for steering projects to fruition, demonstrating a history of impactful contributions and technological advancements.
Acreative problem-solverwho can anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable research that aligns with our strategic vision.
A dynamic communicatorskilled in articulating complex scientific concepts and influencing decision-making processes.
Skills and Competencies:
