SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE Our business is actively seeking a dynamic, visionary General Manager (GM) to lead the company's initiatives and operations. As an industry leader in supplying power blocks, terminal blocks, and fuse holders in North America, we are committed to growth. We are looking for a leader with the expertise, ambition, and drive to take our business to the next level. The General Manager will provide strategic vision, execute growth plans, manage annual P&L objectives, drive innovation, and foster talent development. Additionally, they will oversee the Regal Rexnord Business System, ensuring world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Our goal is to exceed stakeholders' expectations and achieve profitable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the development of short and long-range objectives, policies, financial and operating plans for the organization. Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the company's future, aligning with market trends and customer needs. Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships. This includes ensuring that the right people are in the right roles, while building the best overall team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive organizational excellence and employee engagement. Drive cost reduction initiatives through engineering redesign, vendor management, and manufacturing projects. Champion internal change initiatives and throughout our supply chain. Support opportunities to leverage corporate-wide RRX capacity and capabilities. Hold responsibility for overall compliance for all environmental and local, state, and federal government regulations. Maintain exceptional customer service including appropriate on time delivery.
