Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems. You will work with PLCs, wire 3-phase motors, and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment. Your role includes handling hydraulics, pneumatics, and operator calls, as well as working on projects and preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs

• Perform mechanical troubleshooting

• Conduct electrical troubleshooting

• Wire 3-phase motors

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Maintain and repair injection molding equipment

• Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems

• Respond to operator calls (25% of the time)

• Work on projects (25% of the time)

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks (50% of the time)

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled plastic injection molding facility. Your shift will be on a 2-2-3 night schedule from 6:45 PM to 7 AM, working on small two-person crews where attendance is crucial.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
