Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems. You will work with PLCs, wire 3-phase motors, and perform preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment. Your role includes handling hydraulics, pneumatics, and operator calls, as well as working on projects and preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot PLCs
Perform mechanical troubleshooting
Conduct electrical troubleshooting
Wire 3-phase motors
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain and repair injection molding equipment
Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Respond to operator calls (25% of the time)
Work on projects (25% of the time)
Perform preventative maintenance tasks (50% of the time)

Work Environment
You will be working in a clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled plastic injection molding facility. Your shift will be on a 2-2-3 night schedule from 6:45 PM to 7 AM, working on small two-person crews where attendance is crucial.
