The primary purpose of the Channel Program Operations, Senior is to manage the channel program lifecycle for all channel programs. The role is responsible for driving program and channel objectives through applicable systems with a strong focus on partner experience and operational efficiency.

The Program/Capabilities this role may be exposed to include: Compliance, Partner Administration, Partner Opportunity Management, Performance Rebate Management,, onboarding, etc. The tools and processes this role may be exposed to include: PartnerConnect Program Governance, and Referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for program/capability lifecycle management including the development of program blueprints and internal / external operational readiness plans

  • Works with key regional and global cross functional stakeholders including regional channel ops leads to drive collaboration and alignment in support of the global program framework

  • Oversees the development of materials to aid in program/capability launch via regional execution plans and collaboration with the change management team

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Channel Champion to join our team at our EMEA HQ in Bourne End with and would expect you to have a background/experience of supporting channel, business, or sales operation in a regional environment. Other skills that vital to the role are:

  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • CRM/PRM knowledge

  • Excel/PowerPoint

  • Strong communications skills

  • Channel program and support experience

  • Awareness of regional and cultural differences
