CNC Machinist
BOULDER, CO, UNITED STATES
ENABLE your future through light. We are presently seeking a CNC Machinistthat will perform various fabrication processes to produce products that meet the requirements of our customers both internal and external.
Main responsibilities: Performs basic shaping process steps on simple to medium difficult parts. Operation Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems with CNC or manual controls Can perform basic program edits including GCODE, MACRO, and OFFSETS Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment Mathematics - Using basic mathematics and geometry to solve problems Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachment accessories (tool holders), and materials into machines. Cleans and maintains machinery, equipment and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions. Set-up materials into machines and equipment to process and manufacture products including the set-up , adjust/find workshift coordinates, to operate all of the CNC machine tools . Inspects materials and products for defects and to ensure conformance to specifications of print or process. Inspect machined products for conformance to specifications on drawings and processes. Machine parts to specifications using machine tools. Determine and monitor the feed and speed of cut tooling during machining processes.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 or more years of CNC machining experience or Trade School training preferred
