Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Management Strategy, is part of the Retail Pharmacy Digital and Technology Product team. The Senior Manager closely partners with Digital and Technology teams to drive the day-to-day coordination with business partners. This role is responsible for managing portfolio outcomes and working together with our key business partners to drive results.

Role Qualifications:

  • Works with peers to align the rolling 4 quarter roadmaps to drive the most significant Enterprise outcomes; act as an intermediary between product and business teams to ensure we’re working on the right priorities

  • Evaluates current performance and our existing roadmap, and recommending changes based on gaps to close

  • Drive collaboration with the product team during the innovation process to assure a pipeline of new ideas are being generated continuously

  • Delivers findings and roadmap direction to senior management and to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment

  • Leads deep dive analyses focused on understanding root causes for key problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with business and product

  • Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, collaborates on the design of user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of work experience, with strong preference for experience in developing and managing new technology products

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

  • Adept at business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing business stakeholder relationships

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $267,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
