Job Description:

The Planning as a Service Practice Manager will focus on leveraging advanced planning tools to deliver unparalleled service parts management solutions for our clients. This role involves strategic oversight, team management, and the development of innovative service planning strategies and offerings to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic direction of the service planning consulting practice. Develop and implement innovative strategies and offerings that leverage Servigistics to optimize service parts management and distribution.

  • Sales Pursuits:

  • Spearhead sales pursuits to bolster the Planning as a Service practice, engaging in strategic market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  • Lead client presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition and technical aspects of the Planning as a Service offerings.

  • Contribute to the development of customized proposals and pricing strategies, aligning solutions with client requirements and budget constraints.

  • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.

  • Project Oversight:

  • Lead complex projects from conception through to completion, ensuring integration of Servigistics with client systems meets targeted outcomes. Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes effectively.

  • Guide and manage internal project resources such as Project Managers, SME/Consultants, IT resources, as well as external resources at client and software provider.

  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of consultants and analysts. Ensure the team is well-versed in Servigistics and other relevant technologies, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their challenges and objectives to tailor solutions that enhance their service operations.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery, incorporating the latest trends and technologies in service parts logistics and management while monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Publish white papers and conduct webinars on the impact of advanced service parts planning technologies like Servigistics.

    Job Requirement - Ability for global travel up to 40% or as needed to meet with clients and lead projects on-site

    Basic Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 10 years of experience in service parts planning

    · Minimum of 4 years of Servigistics experience

    · Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role

    Preferred Skills:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

    · Prior experience in Consulting

    · Planning as a Service experience

    Professional Skills Requirements:

    · Proven expertise in Servigistics and its application in service parts management, with specific experience in implementations, upgrades and or management of the application.

    · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
