Description We are inviting applications for a Customer Service Representative role located in Boston, Massachusetts, 02134, United States. The selected candidate will primarily be involved in addressing customer queries, maintaining precise customer records, and managing customer accounts. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer records

• Schedule appointments and manage customer interactions

• Coordinate with the call center team to ensure seamless customer service

• Engage in email correspondence to address customer inquiries and complaints

• Ensure efficient order entry and processing

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various customer service tasks

• Oversee inbound and outbound calls to maintain excellent customer relationships. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.

• Prior experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Exceptional skills in customer service, capable of empathetically handling customer inquiries and complaints.

• Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

• Experience with order entry, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes and systems.
