Job Title: Sales Specialist - Burn Care

As a Sales Specialist for Burn Care, you will be responsible for direct sales calls to key decision makers at targeted burn centers. Your tasks will include delivering compelling portfolio sales presentations, developing relationships, and understanding patient care protocols. You will also be training staff on the utilization of our products, and developing product advocacy within the burn center. Your role will also involve identifying and connecting with key stakeholders, managing the territory for optimal performance and effectiveness, and working in partnership with the Clinical Support team to optimize our presence in key accounts. Your role is highly significant in fostering access to, and procurement of, our products.

Hard Skills

  • Burn or wound care sales

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in hospital-based specialty healthcare products sales

  • Experience with hospital operating room environments

  • Understanding of medical reimbursement in the healthcare system

Soft Skills

  • Professional approach with patient welfare as the highest priority

  • Strong drive to connect our products and services with patients who will benefit

  • Strong clinical and scientific acumen

  • Assertive 'hunter' approach in territory and complex account management

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, however, the candidate must be located in one of the following cities - New England, Phoenix, Des Moine, Missouri, and California. The role involves significant travel demands, including occasional weekend days.
