As a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations you will be the dedicated back end operations leader for a physician customer and will be responsible for managing the team to deliver on key performances metrics and contractual KPI’s. To succeed in this role you will need a strong background in back-end revenue cycle knowledge and the ability to lead US and global operations team to drive overall operations and performance initiatives. This is a high-visibility role and will include regular interaction with customer’s leaders and R1 executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Directly lead US back-end operations team and

• Responsible for leading back end operations teams and driving performance and the associated metrics, i.e. cash targets, AR days, aged AR days, controllable write offs

• Manage global operations for the customer and work closely with counterparts helping the teams to scale and grow

• Lead performance improvement efforts by demonstrating an ability to personally identify and resolve complex revenue cycle challenges, then coach your team to adopt a similar approach

• Active collaboration and standardization with various shared service functions to develop a one-team mindset

• Interface with client executives and key customer contact points to report out on performance and address concerns on a regular basis

• Manage customer P&L and budget initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of revenue cycle, finance or patient accounting experience, with 8+ years of management and leadership experience.

• A strong understanding of physician revenue cycle operations and/or demonstrated, relevant domain knowledge.

• Experience solving problems in fast paced high pressure situations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills while acting as a role model and coaching team members

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $125,572.00 - $204,682.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
