Qualifications* you will bring to the table:

  • An Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years experience in Electrical design for architectural projects
  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office
  • Competent mathematical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*

*Be part of our in house Electrical Engineering team, which represents a crucial piece of the complex building-design puzzle. You will have a unique opportunity to work on retail projects throughout the United States. You will be called upon to support design work in partnership with talented architectural designers, engineers, and business professionals across our offices. Be prepared to gain exposure to some exciting, high profile clients with big expectations, but note you will need to be comfortable with tight deadlines and a fluctuating workload. Our mountain-region roots have shaped both our client relations and our work ethic. We are the heads-down-but-have-fun, people-before-projects kind of firm. We encourage our engineers to set big goals, but to keep ego out of the office and prioritize a warm, supportive, and collaborative work environment. *

*The majority of the time a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach. On occasion, individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.

Your pay

The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.

  • Expected Range*: \$72,000 to \$85,000
  • The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus

*The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to; years of experience, licensure status, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
