Work with key development partners in PE, Process Development Quality, Design/Live Die Development Quality, PQRA, TSE, Design, TD, and MFG to identify and mitigate potential Product quality and reliability issues during the development and pre-qual phase of a new product. Define, lead and drive effective actions on key technology challenges that allow Micron to bring higher quality solutions to market sooner and to prevent quality and reliability related issues.Create and track LPDDR5 product NUDD (new, unique, different, difficult) risks for prequalified LPDDR5 products. Work with subject matter experts in test and media health to formulate and drive action plans which ensure risks identified thru NUDD process are low risk prequalification. Weekly review of wafer manufacturing deviation events, customer escalations, and internal qualification failures for LPDDR5 product lines in an effort to enhance existing electrical control plans for customer quality/reliability protection. Be the Global Quality representative in electrical control alignment forums on a monthly basis to drive best known control methods across microns LPDDR5 portfolio. Provide internal global quality product teams a single point of contact as our department test subject matter expert and interfaces with nonglobal quality test and media health teams to resolve internal queries or concerns.
