Our client, who has served products to support wellness for over 50 years, is looking for Equipment Cleaners to join their team. As an Equipment Cleaner you will be cleaning production equipment and associated work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity.

Job Title: Equipment Cleaners

Location: Bohemia, NY

Schedule: Monday - Friday (full-time, different shifts available)

Pay Range: $17 - $18.50 per hour

Whats the Job?

Clean, Wash, Sanitize, Store and Organize equipment to include but not limited to machines, conveyors, hoppers, carts, vessels, filters, utensils and all facility components. Ensures that residual material is removed, equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for use and that any wear is repaired or report so it can be repaired. Rinse, wash equipment thoroughly to remove soap residue and sanitize as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Stores clean equipment in a manner that prevents contamination Labels cleaned equipment with identification that indicates the equipment is clean and the expiration of the clean status.

Whats Needed?

HS Diploma or GED Experience in Manufacturing and commercial cleaning Ability to physical lift, stand, climb, bend, Etc., within a manufacturing environment. Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions Ability to write simple correspondence and utilize basic mathematical skills.
