As the CourtLink Senior Director, you will be responsible for the financial success of the product. You will identify, develop, and execute on key strategic and operational opportunities that will grow revenues in an increasingly competitive and fast-changing market.You will drive insights through data analysis and identify strategic and go to market priorities to drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Owning the overall P&L ownership for the product.

• Building and nurturing solid relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for segment initiatives.

• Identifying ways in which we can match customer needs with current and future product and packaging offerings.

• Ensuring segment's needs and requirements are top of mind across the businesses’ key initiatives, technology enhancements, and product rollouts.

• Understanding current pricing strategy and how to price deals leveraging different processes and data points, while coordinating with pricing team.

• Monitoring market trends and industry activities to identify opportunities and potential threats to the segment's success.

Requirements

• Possess technical and professional knowledge of operating in a commercial or strategy role.

• Have a relevant college degree and professional experience.

• Be highly analytical, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.

• Have a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

• Demonstrate exceptional project management experience.

• Possess a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a commitment to developing talent and fostering diversity.

• Have the ability to present complex strategic plans to both senior executives and outsourced resources and every audience in between.
