Description We are in search of a Controller in the pharmaceutical industry located in Boca Raton, Florida. The Controller will be tasked with overseeing the accounting functions, ERP solutions, and budget processes within the organization. This individual will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable as well as ensuring compliance with accounting software systems and DCAA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions within the organization

• Manage the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems

• Ensure compliance with DCAA requirements

• Manage ERP solutions within the organization

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Oversee the organization's budget processes

• Conduct internal auditing processes as needed

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting functions

• Oversee ADP financial services within the organization

• Ensure the proper functioning of the organization's ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system Requirements • Must have substantial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Proficiency in managing controller functions

• Expertise in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in working with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge and experience with DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency)

• Proven skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions

• Proficient in managing accounting functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in auditing

• Familiarity with budget processes

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
