West Virginia Employer Family Service Advocate in Bluefield, West Virginia
Applicant must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Within 18 months of hire, at a minimum, applicant must have a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. This position includes performing the necessary duties required to implement the Head Start Program's Family and Community Engagement Services, Health Services, Additional services for Children with Disabilities, Transition Services, and services to Enrolled Pregnant Women. Duties include, but are not limited to: making home visits, recruiting children for the program, scheduling required health services and transporting children and families to needed services.
