External Maintenance Worker Bloomington, MN, USA Req #682 Monday, May 20, 2024 PURPOSE:This position is mainly accountable for the maintenance and cleanliness of theexterior areas of the facility and assists in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of other areas as needed. To ensure guests to Mall of America have a positive shopping and entertainment experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Performs a variety of tasks to maintain and repair Mall of America property Sweeps, cleans and picks up trash in landscaped areas, parking lots, docks, entrance areas and sidewalks Performs snow removal duties using tractor with plow, snow blower or shovel Empties ash and trash containers and removes waste to appropriate areas Ensures the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as surrounding areas Provide outstanding internal and external guest service Provides direction and assistance to mall guests when asked Provides support and assistance to team members and other departments as requested Regular, reliable and consistent attendance Additional duties as assigned.
