Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our dynamic medical device organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role is initially on a contract basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and company needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, delivering a high level of service at all times.

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's service standards.

  • Understand and troubleshoot technical problems related to our medical devices and provide timely solutions.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products in order to deliver accurate information to clients.

  • Generate sales leads, manage customer accounts, and process orders accurately in the system.

  • Record customer feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to improve product offerings and services.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.

  • Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience as a client service representative or equivalent, preferably in the medical device industry.

  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an added advantage.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of the functioning and usage of medical devices is highly desirable.

  • High school diploma required; higher education will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain calm in stressful situations.

  • Customer-centric with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
