Zopec Medical Principal Financial Analyst in Blaine, Minnesota
POSITION DUTIES: 1. Supervise accounting assistant with customer relations, credit application, orders, invoicing & payments, merchant acquisition. 2. Manage finances to ensure and drive effective business decisions to the US and International teams through financial analysis and support. 3. Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments. Ensuring spending is within budget and company policies. 4. Search for potential areas of exposure and recommend ways to mitigate risk. Drive financial analysis in support of projects to include financial modeling, forecasting and strategic planning and business counseling with regards to inter-relations with the broader business with Zopec Subsidiaries. 5. Streamline financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and other clients across Zopec Medical divisions. 7. Manage international finances included maintaining and communicating with Zopec international tax accounting firms and Zopec Subsidiaries 8. Manage financial payments and tax for US and international operations. 9. Prepare financial statements for external audits and reports. 10. Continue integration of all sales & accounting platforms. 11. Network with local agencies and make connections to enhance future business. 12. Open accounting processes for new countries as added. 13. Manage and assist with merger acquisition. 14. Participate in regular business processes including Strategic Planning, Economic Value assessment, and Project Prioritization. Supervisory Duties: Supervise an accounting assistant
