The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the overall customer experience activities for Dem-Con Dumpsters. The CSR is the first contact and first impression of the company for most customers. The CSR is responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and handling or transferring their call to the appropriate team member. The CSR will work to ensure that the company has met the customer s needs as well as performing the highest level of work. Answer main phone line and assist customers with questions and placing orders. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Answer questions for customers regarding services and procedures. Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling goals. Secure credit card payments. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
