Responsibilities
CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Full Time Monitor Tech to join the team!
The MT is responsible for the continuous observation and documentation of cardiac rhythms and identification of any changes in patient’s rhythm and vital signs.
Observes patients to ensure safety
Performs routine duties as directed by patient care staff within the scope of protocol
Seeks assistance from patient care staff as patient’s condition warrants
Reports relevant information to RN in charge of patient
Provides diversional activities to patient
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Licensure: Nurse Assistant Registration
Experience: Previous experience caring for patients in a similar setting preferred
Skills: Must have the ability to communicate verbally, critical thinking skills, and must be CPR certified
Pay Range
$15.51- 20.13 /hour
