Light of Christ Catholic Schools Kids Club Director in Bismarck, North Dakota
Light of Christ Catholic Schools [is now accepting applications for *Kids Club Director to manage the Light of Christ after-school and summer programs. This is a full-time, 12-month position responsible for developing and maintaining a safe and inspiring environment for children in Pre-kindergarten through 5th grade; hiring, training and supervising program staff; coordinating the program enrollment process; and communicating with program stakeholders, [which includes parents/guardians, staff and building administrators. The position requires an associate degree (bachelors degree preferred), strong human relations skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely while developing effective working relationships with others, and excellent organizational and leadership skills. Prior job-related experience in educational programming is preferred.
