We're seeking a high-volume, very professional transcriptionist to support a legal partner with all transcription needs. The best candidate for this role must type quickly and accurately while listening to audio recordings or transcribing handwritten notes. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Transcription and admin support for legal partner (high-level)

• Listening to audio notes, interviews, and court proceedings to transcribe all dictation

• Transcribing typed and hand-written written notes and memos

• Handling and transcribing sensitive and confidential information

• Must be able to type heavily and accurately, approximately 75WPM

• Must be tech savvy and able to navigate through various software systems

• Dress code is very conservative/business casual, no visible piercings or tattoos

Skills

• Transcribing Notes (5 years of experience is required)

• Audio transcription (5 years of experience is required)

• Typing 75 WPM (5 years of experience is required)

• Microsoft Office (5 years of experience is required)
