• Competitive Compensation:

• Total Travel Package: $2,820.00 weekly

• Taxable Wages: $1,500.00 weekly

• Lodging Allowance: $860.00 weekly

• Meal Allowance: $480.00 weekly

Local Pay Rate: $67/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Assessments: Perform functional behavior and educational assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and target pivotal behaviors.

• Collaborate and Train: Build strong relationships with school staff, providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective implementation of applied behavior analysis techniques.

• Develop and Implement Plans: Create and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each student.

• Monitor Progress: Collect, analyze, and report data to ensure program validity and efficacy, presenting progress at IEP meetings.

• Support and Coach: Address concerns, provide coaching, and take disciplinary action when necessary to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification: Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Education: Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field.

• Experience: Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools, with a minimum of one year of pediatric experience.

• Professional Standards: Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.

• Training: Participation in Amergis’ Competency program and completion of new hire training.
